Dirty Hands is a collection of playing cards inspired by, Kaz Brekker, a character from Leigh Bardugo's Six of Crows duology. The name Dirty Hands is Kaz’s nickname in the series because he is great at playing cards. Each deck is designed to represent a different point in his journey to overcoming a traumatic event that he experienced in his childhood. The back of each box display quotes from the series and each of the three patterns represents a different development in his character.
